These souvenir brochures are an estate find and they been read and is in fair to good condition better than fair light wear on the front covers. Clean, no ink names, tears, or writing. Text is good and clean. The edges are slightly bumped. No missing pages, no creases or tears, and no underlining/highlighting of text or writing in the margins.
