709AD+ is the latest model in our sunkko welder series, it is designed for slightly professional users. We add an
intelligent cooling fan
to this model to lower its inner temperature when the temperature gets higher than a certain value. This improvement effectively extends welder's continuously working time.
We also give this model a
LCD display
to reflect the instantly pulse status during welding process.
The biggest change we made is the
automatic welding function
, in this mode, you just need to put a little bit pressure on the nickel tab with the mobile welding pen, no push up, no foot pedal. This function greatly improves the efficiency of battery pack building.

S-31A mini grinder for copper needles:
One welding needle grinder is included in the package, effectively remove the oxide layer on the surface of the copper welding needles.
MT mode (manual welding mode):
Fixed welding head: apply to a small number of batteries welding.
Fixed welding head with foot pedal: coordinate your hands and feet to improve efficiency.
Mobile spot welding pen with foot pedal: expand your working area, used to weld battery pack.
Soldering function:
Used for circuit board etc.
Connecting BMS to battery pack. (BMS stands for battery management system, every lithium battery pack needs it.)
Individual controlling system:
We add a main power switch at the back of the machine, the welding switch and soldering switch are also separated.

Tips:
1. This spot welder can be used to weld the nickel, nickel plated steel, nickel plated iron, iron and other alloys, but
it can't be used to weld metal including copper and aluminum.

Increasing the welding current and the quantity of pulses can improve the welding performance when you are processing thicker nickel strip.
3.
A 40A-60A circuit breaker may help to prevent tripping out.
