Lancer Tactical excellent addition to their line of quality entry-level, budget friendly AEGs.  The Lancer Tactical Gen 2 Interceptor SPR M4 is an upgraded version of their popular M4A1 RIS.  Externally, the Lancer Tactical Interceptor is made with high strength, reinforced polymer making this gun very lightweight and easy to carry without sacrificing durability.  A lightweight hand guard with three (3) integrated rail sections for mounting accessories further forward on the rifle.  The rail sits flush with the body of gun and creates a continuous top rail for any sights and optics.  Unique to this AEG is the railed compensator / flash hider with gives players the option to mount accessories further forward.  It features a retractable 6-position crane stock that gives the player a comfortable cheek rest when firing and houses the gun’s battery.
Internally, the Lancer Tactical Interceptor SPR's gearbox makes this AEG stand out from many lower power, lower quality, guns in its price range and is a step up from their previous generation.  The Interceptor utilizes a full metal, reinforced version 2 gearbox with 8mm bushings.  A 6.04mm tightbore inner barrel is already installed.  Coupled with their new rotary hop up system gives the Lancer Tactical Interceptor superb out of the box accuracy.  The metal gear set even comes with a sector gear clip that, coupled with its lightweight polymer piston, ensures the gun will feed and fire reliably – even at higher speeds.
While the quality of the Lancer Tactical Gen 2 Interceptor SPR M4 may not be on the same level as more expensive AEGs, it certainly can compete against them.  This is great for new players as it gives them a very competitive AEG at a really affordable price.  With solid construction and an even more solid gearbox, this entry-level package is skirmish ready right out of the box.
