Description

AIRSOFT G&G Combat Machine parts build that works fine as a cheap loner or for parts.
EXTERNALS
The majority of the receivers is G&G's high strength polymer, with a little bit of metal here and there.
The mock silencer can be removed and is threaded to 14mm negative and also 14mm positive
It comes with a random functioning hicap magazine
INTERNALS
The gearbox shell is a CYMA one
The spur gear and 9 tooth bevel gear are also CYMA branded
The trigger arm is SHS
I swapped the spring guide for a full metal one
I also swapped the piston for one that has half metal teeth that will last longer than the standard pure polymer one
The nozzle is an SHS one with an internal o-ring that seals much better than the stock one and keeps your FPS from fluctuating too much
The tappet fin and tappet spring have both been shortened to ensure better sealing and feeding, even with an 11.1 LiPo
The motor is a random G&G one that works but isn't anything special
It's been rewired to a thicker gauge wiring to make it more electrically efficient, and it is wired to deans
The backs of the trigger contacts have been soldered to ensure that they last long, even with heavy spamming with an 11.1 LiPo
The barrel has been cleaned and lightly polished
The hopup unit is pressed against the gearbox with a stiff o-ring which prevents any movement and increases consistency
FPS is 374-375 w/ .2's
I never got around to fine-tuning the shimming like I normally do, so it's sounds average at best, and the selector is a bit wonky, meaning you have to move the selector a bit more than usual when switching from full to semi in order to get semi to engage.
This is a parts build, meaning it was put together with random parts form my parts bin. It should last a long time, but understand that at least 4 different manufacturers tolerances are in this build and almost all of them are stock parts.
