Description
This is a 1890 Treasury Note with the ornate back. If you just want a plain old treasury note, this is not the note for you. You want the 1891 note that is cheaper with the plain back. This is a much tougher and more desirable note. The Freidberg number is 367, which is the key signature combination for this type. There are only 38 of this note known to exist. This note is graded Very Fine 30EPQ by PMG.
You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PMG.
